   • Clients are responsible for the content of their emails and must ensure that sensitive data is transmitted securely.
   • Email encryption should be used for sending confidential or sensitive information.
4. Compliance:
   • Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding email communication, including data protection and privacy laws.
   • Any misuse of the email services that violates this policy or applicable laws may result in the suspension or termination of the email hosting services.
5. Reporting:
   • Clients are encouraged to report any suspicious or unauthorized use of their email accounts to Innocent Michael Network Inc.'s support team immediately.

Enforcement: Innocent Michael Network Inc. reserves the right to monitor email traffic and take necessary actions to protect the integrity and security of its email hosting services. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of services.
